Utilise the normal production waste to produce Tallow Oil as a fuel source to generate plant energy to support production processes, site refrigeration, hot water generation through the next generation of Bio Fuel Generator Sets.
Extract the protein meal (CAT 1 & CAT 3) from the waste as commodities to sell.
CAT 1 is used for Waste to Energy incineration.
With the CAT 3 around 30% (or over 45% dried) protein mass and energy level of approximately 11Mj/kg it makes a perfect base for pet food.
Effluent Waster is BoD and CoD. This effluent can be sieved and sold as an Anaerobic Digestion acceleration additive.
